We provide technical support to farmers at all levels of productivity to be equipped with the knowledge to improve yields sustainably. The support and training we give to these partner farmers ensure that our ethical sourcing initiatives are implemented.

We have a dedicated team that works with our farmers and small-holder growers in the cashew and mango farming communities all year round. They provide timely advice on product quality, farm maintenance, and crop yields. Our long-term relationships with these networks of small-holder growers and local buyers in the communities guarantee our continued supply, and help to minimize the risk of supply interruptions for our customers throughout the year.
