JOB DESCRIPTION
MACHINE OPERATOR – COMBINE HARVESTER
We are looking for a skilled Combine Harvester Machine Operator to operate a combine and other machinery for rice harvesting. The operator will ensure the smooth and efficient running of production. The machine operator must be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. He must have a willingness to learn. Must be a team player since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that harvesting procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits to our farmers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up machines to start a harvesting cycle

Control and adjust machine settings

Test operation of machines periodically

Fix issues that might occur during the shift

Check output to spot any machine-related flaws

Keep records of approved and defective units or final produce

Maintain activity logs
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a farm machine operator (combine harvester)

Working knowledge of diverse farm machinery

JOB DESCRIPTION:
MECHANIC
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle the maintenance and servicing of all company farm machines and ensure they are operating properly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular preventive maintenance on various farm machinery
-
Conduct routine maintenance inspections
-
Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual)
-
Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality
-
Repair broken or faulty machine systems and components
-
Perform emergency repairs
-
Monitor and report on project progress
REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role

Great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics

Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as impact wrenches and welders

Ability to operate various farm machinery such as Combine Harvester, Power Reapers, Tillers, etc.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Problem-solving and organizational skills
